We well and deeply understand only the continual good quality will make our goods good selling, so we do many efforts on it. Let’s look, how we work on the quality control. 

1. Material Control.
   ●Each type of material are well stocked on pallet and well label for easy recognizable.
   ●After material coming, inspector do randomly inspection for each type of material at AQL scale and using equipment or measurement to confirm the material, if not passed, stock them in the “unqualified area” to return to supplier to replace qualified material
   ●Each material should get approval before releasing to production.

2. Process Control
   ●We have fabric 100% testing equipment, our fabric inspectors will inspect whether the fabric is broken, color fast etc after getting the roll fabric

   ●Our inspector do randomly inspection on each step, including cutting, panels sewing, cover sewing, tips sewing, online inspection and final package.
   ●Each defected one is well labeled to be correction or replacement or discard, and not mix together with qualified ones.
   ●On each step, the worker will be well advised and taught if the defects found, to make sure the improvements made 
   ●On online-inspection, 100% of umbrella are well inspected by them.

3. Final Control 
   ● Each shipment will be released only after the passed inspection report to be presented 
   ●Our inspector made the AQL inspection on each bulk order 1 week before shipment, if any problems founded, we still have time to resolve it before shipment 
We focus on much efforts on the quality control, we make sure the quality is respected from the sample to final shipment to make sure there will no problem happened when customer receive the goods.
